Pottstown Downtown Foundation

The Pottstown Downtown Foundation is a  501 c 3 corporation which was established to provide a broader and more regional support structure for the Pottstown Downtown Improvement District. Recognizing the essential need to tap financial resources outside the designated boundaries of the downtown, the PDF will secure a significantly larger pool of operating funds from which PDIDA may draw.

The Board of Directors is a volunteer group comprised of business, community and government leaders working toward providing a sustainable framework for the PDIDA organization and fostering growth within the downtown business district. As a not-for-profit corporation, contributions of time, money and resources from the private sector are tax deductible. The Foundation also pursues grant funding to assist in development projects and special events.
